LEWIS HAMILTON headed back home with stunning Instagram model Zahra Elise after stealing the show at Kevin Hart's 40th birthday party.

The five-time F1 world champ clearly made an impression after rocking up to the Hollywood bash in his personalised £2.4million Ferrari.

But the 34-year-old was then pictured leaving the star-studded Los Angeles bash in fitness model Zahra's Range Rover Evoque.

Before ending up at the model's house, the two pulled in for a pit stop where Lewis acted the perfect gentleman by filling her tank.

The F1 ace was typically stylish as he dressed in a monochrome varsity jacket and patent boots while Zahra turned heads in a faux leather bodysuit.

The self-described socialite has more than one million followers on Instagram and was linked to Olympic legend Usain Bolt last year.

Her social media account is jammed full of saucy snaps from swimwear photoshoots along with pictures showing her healthy lifestyle.

Zahra, who once claimed she was detained by cops during a sexy photoshoot after taking her clothes off in public, is the latest woman to be linked with Lewis since his split from Nicole Scherzinger in 2015 after eight years together.

Lewis' latest outing comes after he revealed he's aiming to continue racing until he's 38 - the same as age seven-time World Champion Michael Schumacher was when he first stepped away from the wheel.

"I've got this opportunity. I could easily let go of it right now but I feel like I would be squandering it if I didn't continue to improve, grow and push.
