The singer's adorable 10-year-old daughter added to the touching moment as she dashed on-stage to congratulate her mum, who was left lost for words.
At home viewers were left reaching for their tissues after watching her admit she didn't have the confidence to apply for the ITV show - so her little girl had taken the liberty to do it for her.
Head Judge Simon Cowell stopped Sian during her chosen track, Ave Maria, and asked her to try the track from movie Ghost instead.
He later confessed it was one of his "favourite songs" and she'd pulled it off because of her more "relaxed" approach to it.

Sian has also infuriated some fans by claiming she is “really scared” to get up on stage – despite having droves of professional music experience.
She told viewers that she was frightened of singing in public and being told that she’s “not very good”.
But Sian has performed on a host of big stages including at the UK tour of Strictly ABBA and has sang professionally at various private and corporate events for over 15 years.
Some fans watching her audition took to Twitter to blast the hopeful for not revealing that she was an “accomplished singer”.
