Thomson Causeway Area Trick-or-Treat in the Park

A local campground held their annual trick-or-treat event this weekend.

This free event is held the third Saturday of every October at Thomson Causeway Recreation Area.

Campers decorate their camp area and pass out candy to local families as they trick-or-treat.

Reservations for campers participating in this event starts six months in advance.

Organizers say this a great and safe event for families as they block off the road from cars.
